Q: How can I clean my bows?

A: Spot clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent or soap, lay flat to dry.

 

Q: Does Mia J’s Bowtique offer refunds or exchanges?

A: We always hope that every customer loves our products but in the off-chance you receive something you don’t love, please email us at MiaJsBowtique@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your products and we will make it right! Please understand a response may take 24-48 hours to receive. 


Q: Where is Mia J’s Bowtique located?

A: Everything is handmade with love in San Diego, CA

 

Q: How long is your turnaround time?

A: TAT can always be listed in the announcement bar, right now TAT is 7-14 business days! This does not include weekends or holidays. Order updates can be tracked in the Shop App, via email, or through our Facebook VIP Page Mia J’s Bows VIP.  

 

Q: My package is lost during transit, what can we do?

A: Unfortunately once the package leaves our hands, we no longer have control. Please direct your concerns to our email and contact your local post office.
